Refund policy

Alicenne Jewelry accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase. Earrings must remain unworn and in their original sealed or protective packaging for hygiene reasons.

To request a return, contact us through the Contact page on our website. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Approved returns will receive instructions and the appropriate return address. Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, items from the same order might require separate return shipments.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items promptly through our Contact page and include the order number, description of the problem, and photographs when applicable.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage after delivery
  • Worn earrings or earrings removed from sealed hygiene packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items clearly identified as final sale

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the eligible original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund was accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval, plus any additional processing time required by your bank or payment provider.

Orders canceled before shipment may receive a full refund. Orders that have already shipped must follow the return process above.
